Постояльцы требуют возмещения морального ущерба после обнаружения видеокамеры в номере отеля

Недавно достоянием общественности стал деликатный инцидент, произошедший в августе 2010 года.
Трое жителей Мадрида прибыли в курортный город Росес на побережье Коста Брава в августе 2010 года. Один из гостей отеля заметил нечто подозрительное за вентиляционной решеткой в душевой кабине номера. Постояльцы сразу же обратились к персоналу отеля и в полицию, которая после обследования ванной комнаты установила, что в вентиляционной шахте находилось работающее видеоустройство, передающее изображение по радиосигналу. Таким образом, видео могло попасть в Интернет.
В результате разгневанные туристы подали на отель в суд. Пострадавшие требуют возмещения морального ущерба в размере 60 тыс. евро, а также лишения свободы для владельцев отеля сроком до двух лет. Испанская пресса сообщает, что правоохранительные органы продолжают поиск ответственных за установку видеокамеры, однако, причастность персонала отеля пока не удалось подтвердить.
